Vintage CHI CHI STICKS Chinese Fortune Teller  Pacifico San Francisco
The box shows a copyright date of 1915. But I believe this set is later, such as 40s, perhaps.
All the sticks are here, but the manual is missing. The box is in good condition for its age. Some rippling to label on the back. It looks like it was placed on the box like that.
The box is 6.5 inches tall and approximately 2.75 inches across. The lid and bottom are in good condition.
The bamboo sticks are numbered.
So you can use these with tarot to get a fortune. Tarot has 78 cards, and CHI CHI uses 78 sticks. I was using one of my little white books, and after the major arcana (number 22) I started numbering the pages as my method of fortune telling! I'm not sending this along with one of those, but if you need one, let me know and I'll dig one up and send it along! Just remind me.
