No box or papers.
I purchased this pen recently from the estate of a local lady who had a nice pen collection.  The condition is used.  There are some light scratches visible under magnification.  From what I have read, the plastic used on these is a bit fragile.  The plastic on this one has no cracks or damage.
I inked it a few days ago with Montblanc black ink, and I've tested it.  It writes well.  It starts up easily, doesn't skip, and is quite smooth.  It's a typical Japanese medium, a bit narrower than American or German medium nibs.  The writing sample shown is the MB black on an old legal pad that has quality paper.  Not much flex or line variation with this nib, just a hint of softness.  The Pilot converter is a squeeze type and works well.
I
have
flushed the pen thoroughly.  I will package it carefully and I ship promptly.  I use PVC pipe to protect the pens that I ship.
