Vintage 1978 Pitney-Bowes S-104 Postal Scale # 9619. Heavy Steel. Complete. Nice

Vintage 1978 Pitney-Bowes Postal Scale.  Model S-104, Serial # 9619.  Complete, but I don't know if there's supposed to be a glass screen over the faceplate?  The bottom of the gauge says, "Rates Effective May 28, 1978" (picture # 3).  The scale has a bubble balancer gauge, but I don't know how to "zero" it in, or if the scale is accurate.  The stainless steel tray is nice.  The body of the scale is steel.  There are some various minor scratches/paint loss to the gray paint (picture # 4).  This scale is heavy, weighing 35 lbs.  Please see all of the photos.  This old scale is being sold as-is, with no warranties or returns.  Thanks for looking.
