    Description

    Here is a flat (staple and matches removed)
    unstruck
    front strike matchcover from the Twin Oaks Motel on Highway 69 in Forest City, IA.  The dog illustration on the rear cover is the Terrier.  There is no tape or handwriting on the inside of this matchcover but there is a spot of dried glue residue under the striker,  Notice that a new telephone number was written in on the front cover above the motel name.  Although in pencil it does not erase completely.
