Engraved Brass Name Plate Pet Memorial - 5/8"H x 2-5/8"L - Choice of Designs

Description

This is a 5/8"H x 2-7/8"W quality bright brass plate to engrave your pet's name and dates on. It has a diamond cut double edge border and will be engraved with your choice of Gold or Silver plate, Block or Script style font, and the choice of having paw prints, bones, or hearts added around your pet's name, or just text only. Please try to limit the name of pet to 10 letters and/or spaces so the text and design will fit on the plate and still be readable. If the text exceeds this limit, please contact me to see what we can do.
Please allow 5-7 Business days after receipt of payment for engraving.
HOW TO SEND ENGRAVING INFORMATION
Please submit the engraving information when placing your order and be sure to check your email after purchase in case there are any questions with the engraving:
1. Name of Pet (10 letters max)
2. Date of Birth; and
3. Date of Death
Please Note: Due to the size of a single line plate, we use two digit dates whenever possible (EX: 03/22/21). Failure to provide all necessary engraving information or responding to emails may result in your order being cancelled as the item needs to ship in the specified time. If you want something different engraved, please contact me and we can see what we can do to get your memorial plate just the way you want it.
