Unit is used and has been tested for power up. From visual inspection, steamer shows signs of wear such as scuffs, scratches, dents, and build up on the panels/lines. With proper cleaning we believe the appearance of the panels can be restored. All of our items come only with what is pictured or described in the description. Manuals, cables, power cords, accessories, etc. are not included unless pictured or noted in the description.
