Cleveland 21CGA5, 5-Pan Counter Gas Convection Steamer, SteamCraft Ultra 5 Series, NSF, AGA, CGA, is the best solution for cooking healthy foods with ultimate comfort and performance. It is equipped with an innovative gas steam generator with 70,000 BTU output and cleaning port, which is conveniently located on the top of the unit. Constructed from durable 14 gauge stainless steel, compartment door, cavity and generator can easily withstand commercial grade use. The appliance has manual control, 60 minute timer and a special automatic deliming indicator. Automatic water level control and cool-to-touch two-piece compartment door ensure safety in use. The steamer accommodates five 12x20x2-1/2 inch cafeteria pans. Stand-by mode maintains steaming heat level and allows instant start. Cleaning is easy with open drain system which vents out air and condensate from the cavity.

We ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges are calculated based on the service selected, weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Bulky and heavy items are shipped using a Freight carrier and some items may qualify for free freight shipping.
