    Description

    This is an antique French Silver OPEN SALT CELLAR made by Maillard, Freres & Vazou - circa 1897-1903.
    The piece has an oval shape with a repousse design of panels, drapes and floral garlands - scrolled, scalloped rim - footed.  There are cartouches on either side - one is beautifully monogrammed.  Gold washed interior - lined with a clear glass liner with a cut star bottom.  Hallmarked - see closeup photos.

    :  2.75"l  x  2"w  x  1.75"h  -  will hold up to 2 ounces.
