The breastplate (hereinafter referred to as NC) of a law enforcement officer is a stamped oval-shaped metal badge, which is fixed on the uniform with a pin or collet. The appearance of the token is regulated by Presidential Decree No. 692/2015 dated December 9, 2015. In the upper part of the distinctive sign of a representative of law enforcement services there is a blue ribbon with the inscription "Police", and in the center of the badge there is an eight-pointed convex radiant star and the small coat of arms of the state. At the bottom of the NZ is information about the owner in the form of an engraved personal identification number. In addition to tokens, today police badges include award options that are received by law enforcement officers and pre-trial investigators who have been awarded departmental awards for services to the people.
